Song Swan

Song Swan is a large-scale assemblage made by tacking and gluing together thousands of spray painted strips of scrap wood, mirrors and other material. As with my two-dimensional work, it is possible for the viewer to engage with the piece from multiple perspectives and to perceive the multitudes of compositions within. The large floor plan of the SCA Contemporary Art exhibition space allows the viewer to become immersed within the installation, engaging it from multiple vantage points.
